Jerry Dunnavant has been promoted to vice president, strategic marketing, with Access Advertising & Public Relations.

EDUCATION

Eric Westman, associate professor in Virginia Tech’s Department of Mining and Minerals Engineering, has been appointed interim associate dean for academic affairs of the College of Engineering.

Bevlee Watford, director of Virginia Tech’s Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity, has joined the National Science Foundation for a two-year appointment.
