Nainital High Court Recruitment 2012 - Nainital High Court issued the notification against the recruitment for the post of "Law Clerk (Trainee)" in the establishment of High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital carrying a fixed honorarium of Rs.20,000/-  with no Dearness or any other allowances and also without any perquisite such as residential accommodation  etc. The engagement shall be purely contractual for a fixed term of a year. Post Name - Law Clerk (Trainee)

No. of Vacancies - 9

Educational Qualification - The candidate must have 3 years Professional Degree in Law or 5 years Integrated Degree in Law from a reputed Law College or any recognized University. The candidates appeared in L.L.B. (Final) in 2011-12 Examination and are awaiting results may also apply for these posts. The final mark sheet will be required to submit of LL.B. Examination. The candidate must also have knowledge of Computers, like Data entry, Word Processing and Computer operations.

Age Limit - The candidate must be between the age of 21 yrs to 26 yrs as on 31.07.2012.

Disqualification - The candidate who ever involved in any kind of criminal case shall be barred from applying or already worked as Law Clerk (Trainee) will not be eligible for the post.

Application Fee - The candidate have send their application for the post with Rs. 150/- postal order or bank draft to favour of Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.
